He posted on the teens board telling everyone he weighs over 330 pounds (..he's a German, though, which is why he is soooo overweight now). But anyway, eat healthy, exercise, and drink more water than cokes. Sodas actually make you GAIN the weight. And don't use Slim Fast, it's basically a coke, but makes you gain more weight than you lose before you begin to drop those pounds. I tried it for 6 months, and before I started losing weight, it made me gain 50 more pounds. I felt like such a ::oink oink:: pig. Or better yet, if you've read the 1st Harry Potter book, like Dudley times 4! So I put all my courage that should've been used by myself, into you kids and teens to help you out. Reply from candice, Age 15 - 03/12/01 feel good about yourself no matter what u look like but keep in mind that getting too fat can cause many health problems that can make you sick. Drink lots of water and eat healthy foods and get into some sports, and in no time u will be just the right weight for you age. good luck!
Reply from Karma, Age 14 - 03/09/01 Just eat healthy. I know how you feel, I'm overweight, and I eat everything in sight, and I clean my plate even if I feel like my pants are going to pop. Just remember, you're still a good person!
