Wanna go down 5 sizes in 3 or 4 months? Easy, i weighed 210 (size 16) and went down to size 11 in a matter of months, when your younger, you lose weight faster, i cut out no snacks, and ate what i wanted in smaller portion and i exersized, alot. I did this all durring the summer and WOW Im still amazed atmyself. now i am 155, and i love it! Do some sit ups and such everyday, but MAKE urself do it, go running, it was a pain in the beggining but you get used to it, within a week

making a healthier lifestyle is the best thing to do as far as lossing weight like walking to a friends house in the morning instead of getting a ride with you rents or somthing wake up earlier for one drink loads of ice water( burns calories because it is cold)
and start doing yoga and meditating it warms up your body which speeds up your matabalisime alot!!! which is GOOD also drinking 1-3 cups of green tea a day speeds up the matabalishim by like 25% i read.... wake up in the morning and start feeling good about your self by cleaning too running around the house makes a real sweat and your rents will be happy as well you becuase hella brownie pionts....anyways

Don't give up hope. Try this (it helped me lose 30 pounds in 10 weeks): With your parents and/or doctor's help, find out how many calaries you need each day and make up a menu for each of the 7 days of the week. Make sure the menu has a little bit of everything (meat, pasta, veggies, fruits, and healthy snacks like yogurt and applesauce). Stick to 3 meals a day plus one snack, and repeat the menu each week. Add some fun excersize like biking, swimming, bowling, and you'll see the scale go down! By doing this, you are really not dieting, but changing your life to healthy eating. Once a month, treat yourself to ONE slice of pizza, or something you really like, but then get right back on track and keep losing! Good luck to you!
