Hello I'm 5 ft 1, eleven yrs old, and I weigh 228. I really hate my weight, so I need tips and help, please. I was 213 a coulpe weeks ago, but I was on a diet. My diet failed, and now I feel my self fatter. I know I'm getting bigger when I sit in my desk and I can't fit properly. Or when It is difficult to walk up stairs. In school my nickname is Hippo, and when I sit down all my flab rolles out and all the mean kids pich it. I really hate it when it's measuring day in the nurses office and I get weighed in front of everyone. And then the nurse wrappes a tape measurer around my waist and yells to the other nurse "35 inches". And then I get a letter sent home that said I qualified in the wieght class to not particapate in PE. Soo emarassing. I eat five main meals a day which I know is not good. But I love food so much! I sometimes can eat till I'm blue in the face. And my mom hates my size. Every time I eat sweats, she flinches. Plus when I shop she makes a huge scene when she finds out that I can't fit in anything. So I need some tips please, and especially for my thighs (I can't fit in to my shorts). But no sit ups cause my belly is to big. So Please tel me what I can do for my weight, and also please tell me about places that I can shop at. Please? I'm desperate. Thank you.

Wanna go down 5 sizes in 3 or 4 months? Easy, i weighed 210 (size 16) and went down to size 11 in a matter of months, when your younger, you lose weight faster, i cut out no snacks, and ate what i wanted in smaller portion and i exersized, alot. I did this all durring the summer and WOW Im still amazed atmyself. now i am 155, and i love it! Do some sit ups and such everyday, but MAKE urself do it, go running, it was a pain in the beggining but you get used to it, within a week But PLEASE dont skip meals, it slows down your motabalism, and as for breakfast, every morning i have a piece of WHEAT toast (no bleach for me:) ) and ham on it, it flls you up, and have a glass of orange juice and if your still hungry, eat some fruit.

Try walking every day and night. At least 2 times a day. And a good place to shop for bigger clothes sizes (if you are into punk clothes) is Torrid. They have lots of clothes. Peace out.

The school shouldn't have that measuring day. Tell the nurse to cover the scale when you get on (if you don't want anyone to see). And tell her to be quite about the matter and tell her to go and tell the other nurse quietly. She must really be a butthole if she can't see that you don;t want it to be anounced to the whole world.

Hi Sara. Don't give up hope. Try this (it helped me lose 30 pounds in 10 weeks): With your parents and/or doctor's help, find out how many calaries you need each day and make up a menu for each of the 7 days of the week. Make sure the menu has a little bit of everything (meat, pasta, veggies, fruits, and healthy snacks like yogurt and applesauce). Stick to 3 meals a day plus one snack, and repeat the menu each week. Add some fun excersize like biking, swimming, bowling, and you'll see the scale go down! By doing this, you are really not dieting, but changing your life to healthy eating. Once a month, treat yourself to ONE slice of pizza, or something you really like, but then get right back on track and keep losing! Good luck to you!

Sara dont feel bad people pick on me 2. Wen they call u hippo just look @ them and say bug of creep.Thats all u realy can do and dont let them no that it makes u feel bad because they will feel as though they won!!!

what i do is i drink a cup of soda and i will be sadisfied for at leaset 2, 3 hourers. then i would eat a little pice of friut or somthing and then drink 1 more glass of soda. the good thing about soda is there is no fat in it. I only have dinner thats the only meal i eat it to make shure i don't become anarexic or buleamic. and what the 2nd person said don't eat after six because when you go to bed the fat will burn off you and you will be a little happyer every day. and when you do get hungery have some soda or if you can't cuse u just had one go do somthing to take your mind of food like cheack your email or take a walk or take a nape youll burn more fat if you do take a nape or talk on the phone do anything to keep your mind of food. k well if your have any questions email me at www.whitebethany33@yahoo.com well g2g hope everything gose great bye.

Listen to me. When you mom starts making a scene while shopping, Stomp on her foot so HARD it makes her SCREAM! :) Secondly, don't eat five meals a day! That is where your fat is coming from.

even thow u are a girl look in the mens department the guyz are big so htey have big clothes too thst what i doo andbout the food dont eat after 6 thatys when all the food counts cuzu go to sleepdso dont do that ok have uever hear aof ramon noodle well theyre really good u can eat all u want on those u wot get fat thats what im doing and im alwasy eatign salads adn when ur boredi know u want to eat u can munch on crackers or carrots its really good thats what i do a reall snack woulnt do harm ( once in a while ) i know how it feel for the urse to do tha that to me too ohh adn if any one makes fun of u just tell them atleast ur healthy and not like skinny girls wannting to get big ok soo alwasy be happy with urslefo k well bye i hope i helped
