Hi! I would really like some advice on ways to tone my abs. See my gut is this one big pile of fab and i really would like to get rid of it. I would also like some weight loss tips and diet tips. I'm 4'6" 141 lbs. Please reply. No one ever replies to my posts. Thanx~Leigh ~

Hi im mackenzie and i weigh 125.0 and im supposed to weigh 115 but i used to weigh 142 and all i did was i exercised and watched what i ate like id use an exercise bike or do jumping jacks and when i was hungrey id eat a banana or strawberries then for breakfast lunch or dinner id measure my food so i wasnt over eating and for a snacks id have a flavered rice cake and i was happy and i recently just started to count calories well bye hope you take my advice!

1.Do crunches,sit-ups,and bicycle twists every day.
2.Winsor Pilates will also help.

Get off soda's try drinking diet or water.
crunches, and situps, will help you tone up.
and try walking 10 to 20 minutes daily.
