hey im misty i am ealy fat im 11 and 5 ft and wheigh 160 kids make fun of me and call me fat and fatso i get so annoyed at my belly its just so annoying and in the way all the time kids come up to me and poke a pencil at me belly and go i popped a balloon!i hate it it just bulges out and is squishy i am eatin only 1,400 calories a day.ITS NOT WORKING!i do have some good freinds but others are just mean.kids at school say im a boulder and i short and fat and weak wich i am not,pretty soon im gonna puch the sh** out of them!please write back i need help!

i am a astmatic i get scared and can't breath they say it is because i am fat my family talks about me i don't have a sense in mind but i try to but i can't i am stuggling to lose the weigth but some people say i don't look big but to me that does not matter it what the scale is saying it's not only for the looks it's for health. but no one ever thoght that i may be a little young to go on a diet by myself with out making one mistake through the process sometimes i feel so bad that i won't to kill my self yes!!! that is what itcome to suicide but u know what i think what about my mother she will probably have a heart and attack being diagnosed with sickell cell anemia and i feel that it should be me i am the one that should get but she tells me i have asthma and it is a life thretining disease i can't take it i wish someone would understand what i am going through.

Hi my name is megan that is realy mean of them to say that. i have a few tips to tell you and they realy will work !!!. #1 take a glass of water if you get thirsty and take like 2 teaspoons of juice and pour it in ther that way you would like the stuff you drink. #2 just excercize it is not that hard just walk and eat normally well i have to go

sp when ur eating try not to think that ur going to get fat with the food ur esting that only makes it worse u get fatter if u think about it

Hey,
This might help i know this will be hard but eating half or your meal really does work you get half the calories!Did you know it takes your brain 20 minutes to find out its full so if you just eat half your meal im sure youll be pretty saticfied talk to you later carry!

Hi Misty
Im sorry the kids make fun of you at school! Its not right at all its your problem not theres.I have a couple of tips to tell you if you dont mind.Im glad your ceaping track of your calories,(but dont go under 1000 calories a day)But exercizing is the key i know you dont want to go run around your block but after you do it its rewording you know you were increasing your heart rate and burning calories another thing is you can exercize fun like a jump rope is a great way good luck *Carry*

yeah that is really mean of them and even though you only have 1,400 calories a day you still have to do plenty of excersice and try to eat healthier..like running or jogging is a really good excerisce..just do what i do..stretch and then try to run 1 minute with out stopping and if you can do it then move on to 2 minutes but if you cant then keep trying until you get it and then go on to 2 minutes and then 3 and so forth. i can run 25 minutes without stopping and if you keep trying then you can too! good luck!
