Keep running...getting "hot and puffy" is no big deal. Just don't over do it! Pace yourself. Maybe, run for 5 minutes for first week; 6 minutes the second week, 7 minutes the third week...and so forth. Remember to DRINK A LOT OF WATER. This is reall REALLY important. If you running and don't drink water you can "dehydrate" and pass out! So remember to drink water! It may help, if you write in a notebook or calendar when you run and for how long you run. That way you can keep track of it and it may encourage you to continue running. They're going to be days that you don't want to run BUT those are the days you should especially run. Take care, Ysabel

Ok what I think you should do is when you get hot and puffy.drink some water that will cool you down a bit.and dont run for too long because you might pass out(well thats what happens to me)so when you get hot and puffy drink some water
