i really need some help.im 340lb and only 4ft6 and i've tried everything but i can't lose weight because im to fat and cant execize . people always tease me in school and i feel rally bad so i eat more. all i do all day is eat chocolate and crisps and watch tv i get tired just going to get food please helpme someone

Kid you just need to take it slow. Eat right. Ignore everyone who calls you names and so on. Just start walking everyday for about ten minutes. The next week do twenty. Add ten minutes a week. You cant eat junk food or it wont help. Soon after your work out builds up you will be able to start running. If ten minutes a week is to much just go to five. Until you able to work out for an hour a day. I did it and now i wiegh one 25 and im still doing it. I used to wiegh two fifty. Kid you can do it. You just have to do it for yourself and not others. You just tell that you have a really good looking girl on your side to those kids. Their just acting like a bunch of imature babies. I know how it feels to be teased. Now i look back on all of those kids and laugh. Hopefully they will have enough sense to grow up. Just laugh with them and maybe they will stop. Dont joke about yourself just laugh becouse in your heart you know your going to look good. I believe you can do it.

Don't give up hope. Try this (it helped me lose 30 pounds in 10 weeks): With your parents and/or doctor's help, find out how many calaries you need each day and make up a menu for each of the 7 days of the week. Make sure the menu has a little bit of everything (meat, pasta, veggies, fruits, and healthy snacks like yogurt and applesauce). Stick to 3 meals a day plus one snack, and repeat the menu each week. Add some fun excersize like biking, swimming, bowling, and you'll see the scale go down! By doing this, you are really not dieting, but changing your life to healthy eating. Once a month, treat yourself to ONE slice of pizza, or something you really like, but then get right back on track and keep losing! Good luck to you!

hey joseph. i know what it feels like to be teased and made fun of.. because 2 years ago i used to weigh around 300 pounds. it sucked. one day i just looked at myself and said " this is not me" but because i was way to fat to like move around enough to lose weight, i just eat better foods and started walking around my house everyday. in about a month, i had lost 10 lbs. i felt so happy. and in losing those 10 lbs, i could start doing work out videos because i could actually move better and i went on a vegetarian diet.

Hi Joseph, did your parents brought you to the doctors? Cause I used to weigh 230lbs. But one day I went to the doctors and found out that I had a problem with my glandes. Cause I was eating and eating over and over again. It's kind of a disease but you can't die from it and it's not contagious! So don't be scared. I think that you problem is the fact that you are eating more as the teasing ages on. That teaseing should only modovate you more to lose weight to prove to them.If you dont like the teasing then why eat more? Well, what helped me was to run and swim and make my parents put away the sugers. Try it! i garentee results:)

well you can change that!! talk to a doctor or a parent. there is lots of low fat/low sugar foods you can eat. and when you eat healthy foods in healthy portions you'll feel so good about yourself! try to exercise, maybe just walking (atleast 20 minutes) GOOD LUCK YOU CAN DO IT!
