I'm 190 lbs. and I'm 5 foot 7 and I need to drop about 50 lbs to be in shape for my height. I need suggestions so I can look and feel better.

Hi im Tori. some ways you could try to loose some weight is exersize and try to not eat high-fat foods.

if u have a pool u should go swimming for 1 1/2 hour or if u dont u should walk/jog for 2hours or if u have rollerblades bike skateboard ect. do that for 1-2 hours it really helps

Well losing 50 pounds isn't easy!!If you excersise for like 2 hours and eat no mayo,suger,fats or anything with to many carbs,set a limited for yourself!And don't stress out when you stress you gain weight,and stay with it,don't give up,you can do it!!!
