I everybody!!! OMG, I ate sooooo badly this week!! First of all, Saturday, My mom had to go to a CPR training class. So, my dad and my brother and I went out to lunch at Wendy's!!!!!!!!! I feel sooo fat!!!! (well I am). Then today, we had fries for dinner. My mom usually cooks them in the oven, which is better that frying. Anyways, my oven broke, do my mom had to deep fry them!!! I was doing soooooo great with my diet, then in went down the tubes. I need some motivation PLZ!!!!! I feel really bad about myself right now, I feel like I am a failure!!! Everybody is losing the weight, and I am failing!!!! I am totally sick of my thighs! If I had skinnier thighs, my body wouldn't look so bad. But no, I have the fattest legs that I ever could imagine. I am so depressed. I weigh 210 lbs and about 5'3. PLZ help me. Thanx ~jenna~

hi jenna,i tried a diet too and i was doing good and then i lost it and i started eating more,but then i started to think of everything that would happen if i lost alot of weight,so then i kept myself motivated by thinkig of everything that will happen if i lost weight,all the boyfriends, all the "shes so pretty, i wish i was her" looks. so just try to think of the good things and also make your mom help you ,give you little portions of food and less fast food.

Trust me nobodys a failer you can lose weight, excersise whenever possible and don't sit on that couch, anything is better than doing nothing!Prove to people that you can do it!!Eat good foods ,don't eat out, and don't eat fats!!!(Drink water!!!)You can do it!!!-sarah-

First, you shouldnt call yourself a failure. If u say that, then you wont ever lose weight. Second, u dont look bad. If u had thinner thighs, you would look better to ppl around you, but u never look bad.

sorry to tell you the truth it might be hard work. you need to do atleast 100 sit ups a day eat right and do the same amount of push ups. and most important drink alot alot of water.
