i weigh around 180 pounds and i want to get down to about 125. im getting a new treadmill today, so i can go on there everynight and i do crunches or situps too. any other ideas to help me lose about 55 pounds by june pleez reply asap.

Remember if you excersise and eat really bad you are wasting your time!!!What I am saying is if you are excersising eat right to you will feel so good about yourself!!
