ok.. well im 158... and i decided my goal is 120 instead of 100. i havent been exersiciseing much lately :( but i have been eating less. i need to really start exerciseing and i need to loose this weight i plan to loose the fat in my arms theighs and stomach i really want to loose this i want to be 120 lbs or somewhere around that much i dont want to be fat and it really bugs me im very lazy i just need to loose this weight so my goal is 120 and if i reach that i might stay there or reach for 100 lbs im going to ride my bike everyday walk/jog and do crunchies pushups sit ups and stuff like that and go on the gazelle everyday so i hope that helps i hope to see improvement and i would really like to loose weight b4 i see my best friend that i havent seen for like 3 years she is really skinny so i wanna be thin so i hope i can do this! good luck everybody and wish me luck!! :)

ok ask ur parrents if u can go on a 1200 calorie diet and dont eat after 6 o'clock thats wut helped me and try to exoricse an hour a day 3 times a week.
