I'm fat I weigh 156 and am 11 I have cravings and cant ever stop eating HELP SOOONN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Megan, Here a way to lose wieght. You can excercise from 30-60 minutes. For breakfast eat some salad and an apple. then exercise. for lunch eat crackers and tuna. at night don't eat so late. that is what makes you gain more weight. for dinner eat some fruit and whatever you want then excercisse again. do this for 6 days. on the 7th day do whatever you want but you have to excercise at least once during that day. you should lose about 2 pounds a week

hi megan this is Becca. You probably wouldn't believe this,but i weigh 160pd.Yes i am ashamed of myself, but i try to lose the weight by working on my dumb-bell. if you don't know what that is, it's this machiene that you use to lstrengthen your muscels and to lose some weight. what you wanna do is cut back on how much you eat for breakfast, luch, and supper. Especially cut back on the junk food. i can understand that you have a craving for food because i do too. but when i'm trying to loose weight and when i want a snack, but i know i'm not hungry, i tell myself," ok Rebecca you know that you don't need this stuff so put it away now." or i just cut back on how much i eat for a snack. say like before i used to have 6-8 cookies for a snack, well every week i would cut back to 7 cookies, then 6, and then 5,and so on. until i got to the point where i trained my body to not be hungry all the time. that's just some advice that i thought might help you lose some weight. you know what really makes you lose weight? exercise. i know, i know, it's no fun. but thats the key to losing weight and burning off calories. don't over do it when you exercise because you could hurt yourself. but go for a bike ride or a plain walk everyday for about 20-30 min. if you do that every single day wothout scipping any, you'll sure be able to burn off the fat fast. well i hope my advice helped you out so i wish you good luck!:) c yah lata aligata

all i know to say is drink more water, and exercise as much as u can every chance you get! instead when u get hungary eat healthy food no juck food. if you get hungary drink a glass of water but dont starve yourself! ps drink as much water as posible an exercise as much as posible!
