i AM 12 YEARS OLD ALMOST THIRTEEN AND i AM 163 POUNDS, if u have any tips please respond bac to me.I need to loose weight serioulsley before school starts again

ok...i know what you are going throgh i am the same age, about the same weight. The first thing you need to do is forget everything everone has said to you dont even think about it bc one day they will have weight problems..and just know that you have to NEVER say ok tomarrow i am gunna diet you have to start dieting NOW eat w/e you want but ONLY 3 meals a day and drink 1 glass of water afetr every meal and then 2 glasses right be for you go to bed. dont do sit ups bc if you dont do them the right way they can make you look worse. jog that is the key. jog and when you start to get tierd just do one more lap. jog at least 3 times a week i hope everything works out for you:)

I have lost alot of weight, just like you want to!!!!
All you need to do is exercise because if you only diet you will have excess flab and you can tone that down by exercising!!! It's really hard the first couple of months/weeks but you get used to it!!!! Just say NO to sometimes!!! But remember you're at that age where you need a lot of food because you are still growing!!! But if you fancy something have it, but don't have too much, it worked for me that way!!! Don't worry after you've been on that sort of a diet for a while, it will drop off you and with you growing up it will go faster!!! Try doing about an hours worth of exercise, why not go on your bike or jog or walk or run??? once you get in the habit of saying no you get obsessed with eating healthily I do, and I've got quite slim now but if anybody offers me a chocolate bar I usually say No!!! hey... If u want to loose a lot of weight all u really have to do is just to excercise a lot, and eat healthy foods. And like most people say... if u go out to eat, just order a salad or something that is healthy for u... like fruit or vegetables. P.S- Exercise everyday for at least 10- 20 min... maby even more!!!

My dad, went on a diet, to not eat any sugar, and i am totatly not kidding, in just 2 weeks, he lost 20 pounds. So that is what I am doing. You may want to try that.
