im so overweight and my parents are constantly reminding me along with my friends.i just want to be normal like the popular kids.

Honey...here's some advice. Sit ur parents and friends down, altogether, n let them know that u understand there concern about ur weight, but being constantly reminded by them doesn't help. Tell them that u r gonna do something about it, but until then their help nor support isn't needed. Let them know that u know what ur saying might be hurtful, but if they love u then they'll respect ur wishes. If they truly do love u then that's exactly what they'll do.
Next I'm gonna tell you how to go 'bout shedd'n some pounds, gurl. Ur goal shouldn't be to be liked...it should be to be healthy n like who u r. If those so called " popular kids" don't like you it's b'cuz the only thing clear to them is the space in b'tween their heads. Okay!! So every day you wake up..look urself in the mirror n say one nice thing..this will boost ur self-esteem n confidence.
To shed pounds...u need to eat right n exercise. Eat a balanced meal. Tell ur parents only about ur plan to eat a balanced meal, n that if they want to help you ur gonna need them to buy healthy foods for u. A balanced meal would be: for dinner~ Chicken(baked not fried), with potatoes and carrots(baked or steamed, choco. or plain milk, a biscuit, and grapes. Eating a balanced meal will help u so u don't overeat in one area of the food pyramid. For a snack.. u could have yogurt, it's tasty yet nutritous. Next try to exercise once a day or three times a week for 20~30 mins...maybe even an hour. This will help to burn fat. Also, make sure to count calories b'cuz however many you eat that's how many you have to burn off. Don't use butter or eat fried foods b'cuz they're full of fat. Try to bake or grill ur foods. One last piece of advice...don't ever starve urself. That could actually make u gain pounds. Exercising will burn pounds...n eating a balanced diet will help you not to gain pounds. ~A friend~

well, if u wish u could try 2 lose weight by eating healthy and excersising. and if your friends and family keep reminding your of it, u may just want to tell them that is bothering u. They may stop. try it
