ok this is the last time im going to post for a while im going to start off by staying off the computer as much and being less lazy im going to eat better or i might go back on the fruit and veggie diet i been getting tempted to go on it at school so i think im going to go back on it im going to start my exersise by rideing my bike 20 -30 mins a day and im going to start running more im going to work more at my weight loss cause i really want to fit into clothes more i want to be 100 lbs maybe a little less but im sick of my weight now im 5ft 158 :( and if i cant stick to the fruit and veggie diet i will just eat healthier and exersise more i want to loose as much as 58 lbs but even 35 would be good but i stil want to be 100 lbs soo good luck everybody and wish me luck!!! :)

Carly, that's bull. Fruits and veggies are the most healthy thing you can eat. But Montana, you don't need to go on a special diet to lose weight. Eating less and exercising is the best way. Oh, fruit\veggies are AWESOME---eat lots of them, but in order for your body to be nutritionally sound and have enough protein etc., you need to eat more of a variety of foods.
