Hey Peoples' I'm overweight. I'm 5'3in and I weigh 132 pounds. I wanna lose a lot of weight. About 30 or 40 pounds. Which would bring me down to either 100 pounds or 90 pounds. I at least specially wanna weigh 85 pounds. But that's a lot of weight to lose. The real reason I wanna lose weight is because my mom wants my brothers, sister, and I to learn swimming. My top is okay. BUT my legs are juss horrible. I already have stretch marks! I still wanna lose more weight on my top altho it's ok. I wanna lose weight wherever I can. And another reason is because I'm in 6th grade... And that's my final year. So in June the school always holds a trip for the 6th graders to go to a a waterland place where we swim, play games, eat, and stuff like that. It's mostly a place for where we play in the water and run around in bathing suits. And I look horrible. And with all my friends around, and all the guys watching I dont wanna be the laughing stock. what i do is run 2 quarters of a mile and either walk or ride my bike home.when i get home i do 30 sit ups and 15 push ups. through all your exersises, always keep a water bottle.

Ur goal should be to be fit n healthy not slim. Take from me...b'cuz as skinny as I am, I'm still unfit. Eat a balanced meal:an example would be~ chicken(baked not fried), with carrots or potatoes, choco. or plain milk, a biscuit, and grapes. Make sure not fry or put butter on ur food cuz that's juss like putt'n a big glob of fat on ur food. Try to grill or bake ur foods. Count ur calorie intake b'cuz however many you eat that's how many you have to burn off. Exercise 3 times a week for 20-30 mins for a start, this will burn off fat. One last piece of advice is never to starve ur self...that will actually make you gain weight. Juss follow my advice it works for my lil sis..who's pants size is bigger than mine..it can work for you. Make sure to talk this ova with ur parents so they can help. ~A friend~

well 132 lbs at 5'3 is not too too bad. I think a good weight for u is about 110 to 120. You don't want to be too skinny then you won't look right. Whenever you head into the kitchen, just think how u want to look like and grab an apple or any kind of fruit. Just eat healthier. Another thing that might help are workout tapes. They are fun but challenging. You could also do them in the privacy of ur own home without going to a place to workout. hope I helped. ~jenna~
