Reply from ? - 06/16/03 - IP#: 65.67.77.xxx well ppl have been tellin me to walk/run/jog everyday. also u need to stop eating junk food and tell ur parents not to buy any junk food that will b 2 tempting. have them buy good fruits and veggies such as apples oranges and carrots. drink lots of water and if u have a trampoline jump on it everyday. if u have a pool do some neat tricks in there that will benefit to losing weight. also put on a great cd that gets u up and dancin to tha music but dont go all crazy and get dizzy. do some dancing and stretching at the same time. thats what we did in my dance class. we would warm up to a great song at first then we'd start learning the dance. but u can just make up some dance moves and that will work too. good luck~!~!
