I need some help, i weigh 265 pounds i i hate it!! I'm going to Jr. High next year and i don't want to be a fat kid pushed around like in elementry school. I was the fattest kid at school this year and i don't want to be it to happen again, i'd like some tips to lose weight.

If you want to lose weight all you have to do is exercise and eat healthy.Yes it is Hard.I am tryig to lose weight also.I weigh about 95 pounds.I look fat because I haven't lost all my baby fat yet.I am also going to middle school thats why I am trying.

Eat healthy, drink water, cut your portions in half and excersize

Drink LOTS of water. Start out walking for 30 minutes a day. Then in a few weeks, jog for 20 minutes a day. Then, after another few weeks Run short bursts for 10 minuts a day. Then After a few weeks, run nonstop for 5 minutes. After that, keep on increasing the amounts of minutes. It has worked for me so far.
