I am 12 and 1/2 I weigh 142 now but I won't tell you what I did weigh. I do not know the answer but I thing my uncle does when I stay with him I lose weight loss of it he likes to eat nuts fruit and lots of strange stuff some of it is OK some not. he is old and looks good my girlfriend likes him more than me. he should write everything he eats don . he says that some foods are poison that the manufacturer made than front shXX. asked him if you like I will give you his email address treakle@juno.com he is cool good by Joan
