Hi guys! I hoped you had a great new years and have chosen ur revolutions!!! Well, I know I have. I am planning to lose 40 lbs by April. U think it is possible???? Well, I have been eating healthy. So far I went from 220 to 214. Oh ya, I am 5 ft 2 in, maybe 3 in. I haven't measured my height for 5 months. Does anyone have any tips for me. I have been exercising with my denise austin kickboxing workout tapes. It is fun, but challenging!!!! I am going to do it this time. I always say that I going to lose weight, but I always fail. No, this time i am going to beat my challenge. I am finally going to do it no matter what!!!! It will be easy when I am in school b/c I barely eat anything in the day, except lunch. It is usually when I get home from school that I eat a little too much. That is going to stop. I am going to go straight to my HW and have a bottle of water. Any other tips from me??? PLZ REPLY. when u get home if u feel hungry remind yourself to go straight for a bottle of water. Its also a good idea to have a goal, like a dress u wanna fit into, if u keep at everything ur doing maybe in a few weeks you will see that the dress or whateva it is is a bit less tight

Ok, that's good. I just wanted to make sure that you're eating enough, because starvation is just as bad as overeating! (in it's own way)

Thanks. I do eat breakfast. I usually eat cereal or breakfast bites(nutrigrain pieces)

OH, I forgot to answer ur other question. :) Well, I think that 40 pounds would be tough to lose, but I think you can do it. At about 10 pounds per month, I think it's possible.

Hey, I'm glad you're so motivated! That's awesome. I think I know why you tend to eat too much after school, because you arent' eating enough during the day. Are you eating breakfast? Believe it or not, you should be doing that to lose weight! Nothing too much, just maybe a yoghurt or a small bowl of cereal w\ milk. It will get your metabolism going in the morning! :) Umm...yeah keep it up w\ the work out tapes, but don't overdo it! We don't want any strained muscles! Since you're just starting out with it, why don't you try a max of 4 times per week. Everybody's body needs rest days! :) After say, a month, you can switch it up to 6 days if you'd like.
Oh, and lots of water, too! Sometimes if you are dehydrated, your body thinks it's hungry. Weird, I know, but it's true! So, make sure to drink 6-8 glasses a day! If that sounds too much, why don't you start with 3 glasses and work your way up. That way it won't be so overwelming.
