please help me i'm over weight. im 14 and im home schooled and all i do all day is eat please help me

Well I would have to know how much you want to loose! but all I can say is i lost weight by playing sports and walking but mostly running and you can always get a friend to do the same with you! I weigh 105 now but remember i never use to weigh that much i will tell u this it's hard work but it pays off all u have to do i work at it! you can do it. i would also say do eat much for lunch and supper eat but not a whole lot like cut what u normally eat in half that will also help and watch the fatty foods you eat cuz that doesn't help when your trying to loose weight!if u work hard it will pay off! but u just have to try it out don't go on a diet it doesn't work just lots of nutrition an working out works don't exspect a big change right away it will come over time but trust me u should see changes within a mounth that is if u work out every day.

Hey Don't eat all day get invovled with activites and do stuff so you aren't bored all the time and do you want to be home schooled. If you don''t make a deal with your parents and say that if they are willing to put you in a public school then you will weight! And if they say no lose weight any way Tell your parents that you don't like staying home because all you do is eat and be bored and you don't get any excercise. Tell them that but if they don't listen make them in just do it from there but if your parents say no don't get down and go eat something tell your parents to sit down with and make a plan of how you want to lose weight. Oh ya and what really helped me was make a carlorie diet 1,000 calries or less and day for me and i excersized and I ate healthy stuff and i lost 40lbs but then I stoped and went back to my old habits and gaind all the weight i lost back then some. Right what you eat every day in a journal add all the calories up then drink at leaset 8 glasses of water a day and tally how much you ate then get a dietary vitmean to help bost your matabalism and the weight will begin to shead of k bye GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!!
