hi i want to lose about 16-20 pounds by the end of february is this ok?

im not sure my mom orderd it from da t.v for my parents but they dont use it so they put it in my brothers and he dosent use it so i put it in my room and use it but if u dont have it then just do crunches for 30min in the morning and 15min at night and record your weight like write before then right ur weight write time and date and then when ur done write after and write ur new weight and the time then do that every day until u reach ur goal and cut ur food in half eat lots of food but not to much

SURE BUT DON;T SET YOUR GOALS TOO HIGH BECAUSE YOU WILL END UP GETTING STRESSED OUT
