i think its a hard thing about kids being overwight because they cant probaly do somethings...but think when you get some height your body goes up..not out..up..and yo become slimmer so dont feel bout being overweigh i am kinda overwight a little bit..but i can do everything i want likee run,exercise, and everything you can think of but listen please, when you exercise for like 3 weeks in a row every day, 2 times a day...exercises like 10 jumping jacks to start OFF if your very overweigh. never pressure your self to do exercises...dont believe if you do a lot of jumping jacks you will lose more weight dont believe that. This could be a routine for very overweight kids. 20 jumping jacks, 10 sut ups , stretching makes you run faster, you can but dumbells and work out your arms but to really lose weight off your stomach you should do sit ups. Thanks nd bye. i exercise every day and it helps a lot really, because kids spend like 3 hours watching tv when you can be exercising! dont i make a point? bye
