hi am new but does anyone have an diet or excerccise routine i can do because i am overweight.me and my best friend use to way the same but in less than a year i have gained 30 more pounds than her please give me a diet plan or excercise plan.

hey! here are just a few suggestions!.. just watch what ya eat ,(try to cut out as much junk food and caffenated drinks as you can), do 2 sets of 10 crunches everyday, 20 jumping jacks, stretches, try walking or running as many times a week as you can, drink plenty of water,play a sport, get active! you can do it!! :)

im am a very excited body builder,it makes me very proud of the kids today who wish to be something better and stronger and better looking. the only help i can offer is the true to u workout.
do 3 sets of light weight curls every other day.
do 3 sets of light weight bench press every other day.
do 3 sets of light weight squats.
this could be a very painful process but nothing that was good wasa ever achieved by being lazy. get motivated

I used to be overweight. But now im not. I just made sure that i ate a lot better. Like i eat a big breakfast. when you do that you are full for a long time. Plus if you want to lose the un wanted weight you have to remember to be strong. Remember what that one Twinkie will do to your body.Dont make my mistake, you need to eat a lot healther, and make sure you exercise

HEY,
Here is a routine:
Starter.........1 set of 20 situps, 1 set of 7 pushups, 25 jumping-jacks, run at least 5 minutes every day! (This will get your body ready for losing weight)
2nd Level..........2 sets of 20 situps, 3 sets of 5 pushups, 50 jumping-jacks, run at least 8 minutes
3rd Level..........3 sets of 20 situps, 3 sets of 10 pushups, 50 jumping-jacks, run 16 minutes
Eat whatever you want just cut it in half and save the rest for later!
Drink A LOT of water!!!

Everyday for an hour run.[15 min]push ups [start slow at 10 and work your way up] 8 situps 25 jumping jacks and last but not least you should sign up for a sport good luck
