Hey im tiffany. i am 12 years old and my hieght is like 5'5 or sumwere around there and i weigh 146.2. i walk everyday for atleast 30 mins. im the summer time i go swimming since i have a pool in da backyaard and a trampoline. can ne1 tell me any godd exersises but i cant do pushup or situps. also eating healthy can ne1 hepl me wif those 2 things? thx luv yaz

Hey a good diet to do for a while like 3 weeks is eat no sugar u can only eat 45 caboyhydrates for a meal and 25 for a snack1 no sugar whatsoever! and when I say sugar I mean like candy bars and stuff like cake and ice cream! one other thing i to do at least a 30 ,min. workout! and when u eat the meals make shure they are only drank with water coffee(ewww) or tea! and sweetend ur tea and oatmeal and things wih splenda which works the best or nutrasweet
