I'm having lasagna 4 dinner 2night and yesterday night I had pizza and DQ. I feel really guilty and I LOVE lasagna! I'm in bi trouble here. I still wanna eat a regular amount but I wanna do something about about the extra weight later. I lost 6 lbs. since Thursday but I gained like 2 3 or 4 lbs since then. I need some advice b4 I gain it all back. Thanx! JULIA

if you like to eat stuff like that for dinner with alot of carbs in it, after dinner burn some of them of go for a walk with a friend or wait a while and play some volleyball or what ever sport your interested in... you'll have fun doing it and maybe you wont feel so guilty about eating the lasagna!

here's a healthy lasagna recipe
2 servings of lasagna noodles
2 cans (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (15 oz) spinanch
2 cups cottage cheese
---meat if desired
lay the noodles uncooked done (half of them), then layer the spinanch and tomato paste and then the rest of the noodles, then the rest of the spinanch and tomato paste and then layer the cottage cheese and bake at 425 for an hour and the noodles will cook and the best part is for 1/12 of the recipe it's about 200 calories.

NEVER EVER EAT TWO MEALS thats the worse you can do for your self but im sure youll lose wieght the easy and fun wiegh(lol)

Its fine that u like pasta and the CARBS** LOL just remember everything in moderation. DOnt feel guilty either that will jsut bring ya down even more. Next time you have somefood that u knwo is fatty or not that helathy for dinner ask ur mom to make it with the healthier ingredients like fat free sauce and stuff. I hope i helped... LIZZIE
