im feeling totally let down today for breakfast i ate strawberries and oranges and then for lunch i had hot cocoa spagetti os and this is where it got bad i had a huge cookie and then i just ate a whole big bag or doritos i mean a big bag and its not even 3:00 i feel so big i just want to hide under a rock i hate my life and really want to loose weight can any 1 help me?

all you need is to really cut back on your in take and make sure if your gonna start a diet go through with it the south beach diet worked for me i was 180 pounds at 12 and now im 14 and i wiegh 127!!alll in two years

One of the reasons you don't like your choices of overeating is due to the fact you are eating the wrong foods at the wrong time of the day. Eat a high protein diet in the morning. Like cheese, or a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, have a snack of a banana and peanuts and then have an after school snack of an orange and a hot drink. Always drink water before you eat. You need support to keep unhealthy snacks away from you and read articles about protein. Don't hate yourself, you are the only self you have.
