how long do u guys think it will take to start showing results if.. i do 10 situps when i wake up and b4 i go to bed. and 10 pushups when i wake up and b4 i go to bed and ride my bike for 20 minutes around and up and down hills on it, and walk/jog 15- 20 mins a day and 30 - 40 mins on the trampoline and on the gazzelle 30 mins t0 60 mins and eating healthy? will this help?

don't work your self overboard but that is really good think positive about the things you can do and you will go far

that will help ALOT but if you get really tired and feel worn out take a day off DONT OVERWORK YOURSELF!! good luck
