Ht. 5'0", Start: 154 lb, Today: 154 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 74 lb - this is my 1st day so i am looking 4would to losing all those sin's so many i've got!!!! this look's like a fab diet\weight loss program out of te how well do urate this program

diets dont really work you have to work out because then you actually lose the weigh and at the same time grow muscle like ifn you like dancing you can do fatburning dancing you can do palotese or something in that sort nobody has to know that your doing it plus its lots of fun at the same time

74 is too low for a weight how 80 to 90 pounds instead
