Ht. 5'1", Start: 140 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 120 lb - thx everyone i am back on track again losing a lb a week is my goal and exercising 60 min a day and walking after dinner : )

Wow I'm the same height and age as you which is hard to find. I'm at a healthy weight and I lost about 10 pounds. I ran four miles with my mom twice a week, walked in the soft sand with weights two miles twice a week and I ride my bike for about an hour twice a week. Now I'm starting school and I'm gonna join cross country. Try to eat the same times every day and exercise in the morning, don't snack too often. Good luck!
