Ht. 5'0", Start: 110 lb, Today: 110 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 100 lb - i dont no what to do i my mom is supr fit she goes to a gym every day and i never wake up in time to go with her when ever i bring up im obese she tells me god made me this way so i forgot about it but than i gained weight im scared what do i do

Wow, you are so not obese. And I really am not saying this just to make you feel better - 110 pounds is really great for a 5 foot eleven-year-old. Want me to explain why? It's because you're probably gonna grow 4 inches or more in the next couple of years. Which means you're gonna grow into your body beautifully - you get me? I hit my growth spurt when I was 11 and I grew 5 inches in two years! When you become taller, you also start looking thinner. If you diet too much, your body won't get the nutrition it needs and won't grow.
If you really think you are obese (which you are so NOT!) the only thing you should do is run around, exercise. Ride a bike around outside, the fresh air is good for you and it's a good workout. Don't ever cut back on your food - your body needs it because you are growing, although if you eat junk food, cutting back on chips and McDonald's would be great.
I hope that helped; it really makes me sad when girls think they're obese when they are actually a perfect weight!

your not obese lol idk why you think that you need to stop thinking your fat before you become anorexic and personilly i think that looks wayyyyyy worst than being a little overweight...even though i dont even think your that so smile and just go on with your life worry about other things you have a long life ahead of you

try to exercise at home i heard u shud burn 500 calories a day eat healthy food n all those things
