Ht. 5'3", Start: 215 lb, Today: 215 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - I want to lose 80 pounds in two years so i need to lose 40 this year and 40 the next but im setting mini goals so that i can lose that much and still be healthy. My mini goal= 5 in one-two weeks!!!!

Hey nikkita! Im around your weight limit and want to get at the same weight you are at! Keep motivated and eat healthy. I just started here today, and starting healthy choices soon. :)

GREAT!!! i love the mini goal thats inspiring i think you can totally do it you can lose 2 to 5 pounds a month and still be fine no worries just eat right and walk as much as you can and youll be fine you have a great head on your shoulders

That goal is ok but you HAVE TO BE ACTIVE and eat less like for example my mom and me have dinner and lunch time and when dinner comes it's snack time like maybe apples and caramel. Then I run on the treadmill for 2 hours ( my mom told me you can play on the computer for how long you run on the treadmill so like if i run 4 hours i get to play for 4 hours) so have fun. Try this method.

hi,im kiersten and im at a very unhealthy weight right now..i weight 166lbs..i want to weight 120-125 ....idk how log its been since u posted how ur gona lose weight but if u already have lost the weight plez tell me how u did it
