Reply from Caterina, Age 12 - 06/12/10 - IP#: 67.190.39.xxx You could start out by having green veggies or any other veggies and no fruits because as weird it may sound fruits are fat and its ok to have apples or something but only a little bit but lots of water and veggies make sure you exercise ever few hours and keep working until you sweat and im for real until it comes on your face.Try this advice it could work for you.
