Ht. 5'3", Start: 150 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 90 lb - i hate doing this, i have this program going that i am not alowed to have saconds, and i can only have half of the desert i would normaly have, and i can only have desert once a week, then once every 1 or 2 days i substitute a meal for a salad that has nothing on it, only 1/2 of a cup of salad. 2nd to last i will substitute 1 meal a week with 3 celery sticks!

Marshall i have gymnastics for an hour, baseball for an hour pe for an hour, and track for an hour i am alowed asmuch excersie i want i pobably get more excersice than that, though because i run during the 45 min luch period, and play basket ball for the 20 min free peirod.

Ok one tip I will give you fiber bars are very very fat and eating salad is a good method to start and same thing It's good there's nothing on it cause the salad would be bad for you I mean It's ok to have dressing on it once in a while but still try it plain for a few days and you'll start to like it. Trust me I've tryed it and it works but I lost track but trust me.

you shud eat more than that eating a meal as little as that is good for at first but then it is bad for u i will try to give u more tips soon

First Off, I'm About Your Age And Height And Even Though Im A Boy 120 Is In The Normal Weight Range And That Sounds A Little Extreme To Me Well For One Eating Only 3 Celery Sticks Is TERRIBLE For Your Metabolic Rate (How Fast Your Body Burns Calories) And You Still Need To Be Getting Your Basic Vitamins And Minerals And Stuff Like Protein And Fiber So Only Those Last Two Things Seem A Little Pushy And 4 Hours Is A Lot The Rule Is An Hour A Day For Most People So 2 Hours At The Most Seems Right

That sounds really good for you but i found that only having dessert once a wwek is hard why not eat fiber one bars they are really good and they r healthy so you can have everyday or atleast three times a week.
