Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 100 lb - Guys!! im soo fat! and im tierd of getting called fat!! can some one PLEASE help me!??!?! i cant stay commited to a diet , and im 2 lazy 2 excersize!

You need to drink lots of water-- like ten glasses a day. And that will help u stay on ur diet. When you are craving something, just drink water and think about the water flushing out ur system. Thats what i do. and of course, u need to set goals, long term and short term. And think of rewards to keep u motivated. I hope this helped
