Ht. 5'4", Start: 159 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 68 lb - hello its me again well i did some jogging with my pet and i wrestle with him a little bit i had some apple juice with lemon (which had no salt) and i feeel healthy and great today but i still have a long way to go
