Ht. 4'9", Start: 147 lb, Today: 147 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 70 lb - ok. hiya i am abi and i'm 13. so my parents keep nagging me to loose weight but i really dont want to cos i love food. especially junk food. i am in the popular gang at school and we all wear cool clothes but i was wearing my pink sparkly top and my belly was sticking out and now i am sad cos i am fat and i want to eat junk food but not be fat so what should i do????

Hi! If you really really really love junk food, try finding alternatives, like smaller packages, or the 100 calorie packs. Many companies make healthier versions of their products. Eventually, cut down even on that. Good luck!

Thats a lot how i'am i try everything you think its really hard too lose weight but is really not just cut down the food and do what you thinks fun like cheer leading or if you don't like that then do you fav sport or somthin like i did i cut down on SUGAR i really loved it but every time i want i just think to i want to LOOK FLAB OR FAB I weigh 117 lbs and my goal is 80 lbs just think FLAB OR FAB AKA flabby or faboulous !!!

thanks for the advice. from now on i am going to cut out the junk food and only sometimes reward myself with little things. :D

you can cut down but it wuld be best to completely stop eating junk food. drink lots of water.
reward yourself every week with a little bit of junk food if you did really well and exercised. run 1 miles a day. it really helps! good luck! :)
