Ht. 165 cm, Start: 80 kg, Today: 80 kg (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 60 kg - I have tried pills and they didnt work but i really want to lose weigh because i want to fit in normal size clothes and not be in a size 20 ladies. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME! i am excerising every day but the problem is my eating habits  (Note: 165 cm, 80 kg is 5'5", 176 lb.)

well i know i hard to change habits but try really hard and eat junk food for a reward like you got all a+ on your report card

I hate to be harsh, but bottom-line you CAN'T cut corners. Diet pills can actually kill people, and they don't work anyway. It should be about your HEALTH, so they shouldn't even be an option, since everytime you put something like that into your body, you could potential end up REALLY sick or dead. They can cause permanant liver damage and things like that, so they're definitely not safe at all. Two, you realize the problem is your eating habits, so I don't see the issue. Now you CHANGE them. I don't care if you don't want to, if you want to lose weight it is a complete MUST. It won't be easy or fun, but it is possible and once you're eating right and exercising enough you WILL lose weight. Best of luck to you.
