Hi! I am in the process of losing weight. I really reccommend pilates. You can get a cheap video, and just do the easier exercises. It's really fun, and makes you stronger and more flexible.

Find something you enjoy doing. Like biking or taking the dog on a walk (if you have one, that is). I personally, love the Ripstik (If you havent heard of it, its like a skateboard, but you twist your hips to make it go, its really good exercise and fun too) I take my dog with me, its lots of fun =) Or wii fit. Every night, I do 77 sit ups. I first started out with 25 a night, and I can do those now without even feeling tired. I just gradually increased the amount every night, and I've lost a ton of weight. Remember, if you dont get exercise, you really aren't going to lose weight. :)

Hey Ashley. I know how you feel. I've never been overweight but I've had trouble finding the motivation to exercise. But I finally started doing it! Here's the trick:
The only person I've ever met who actually ENJOYS quote-unquote exercise is my father. The most important thing in this is to not think of it as "exercise." You have to find a sport, from basketball to lacrosse to dance to swimming, that makes you happy. You forget about the whole heavy breathing/actual working out part and have a blast! You can also make friends and, as an added bonus, exercising releases endorphins, which make you feel good. I hope this helps to motivate you!
Love Always and Good Luck,
Jenny xoxo
