Ht. 160 cm, Start: 60 kg, Today: 54 kg (BMI %tile: 79), Goal: 45 kg - Hey Im Jessica I checked my weight on the bmi and it said that I was a good weight for my age however I have a medium sized stomach bulging out of a regular sized body any tips? Luv Jess  (Note: 160 cm, 54 kg is 5'3", 119 lb.)

I know I am not a preteen, but i think i can help you a little bit. I know that you may not be happy with your body right now, but as long as you maintain your current weight for the next couple of years you should be fine. Since you are currently at the beginning stages of puberty, your body may be a little disproportionate. It sounds like you carry most of your weight in your stomach. As you get older, the fat on your body will spread out, especially to your chest and hips. This will happen if you eat healthy and exercise. If you don't eat healthy and exercise regularly, then you will probably continue to carry weight in your stomach as well as other places on your body. So overall, you don't need to lose weight. Just make sure to be healthy and your body will thin out and become more proportionate. Hope this helped =)
