Ht. 4'11", Start: 152 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 110 lb - hello my name is karlie i have ben strugleing with my weigh and my goal is to be 110. I know that is a lot but that is my goal for now. So if you have any advise please share with me.Thank you for reading this

Hi! I'm also 4 1 and 11 years old. I eat pretty healthy because my mom is a nurse and a health phanatic so all I have to say about diet is that you should eat a lot of whole grain bread and have one treat a day. Stay away from having to much foods like pasta because they don't have a lot of nutrition. As for excersise, I jog 6 miles a week including sprints for track practice but walking is also great excersise. Try to get involved in a physical activity for 30 minutes 3-4 times a week. I do 3 hours and 30 minutes a week including gym class. The ideal weight for someone who is 4 11 is 90-110 so your goal is good. Good luck!!
