I believe high fiber foods can fill you up, but they make you toot a lot. If you want to exercise.Start out small. Maybe a short walk once a day.In a month, maybe you can jog around the block once,twice,or three times a day.If you can't get yourself to do that,you could join a cross country club or track and field club. Gym teachers can also be a big help because activities for kids/teens is thier job. Making the journey might be tough so get a friend to workout with you.

Reply from hii, Age 13 - 09/26/09 - IP#: 76.103.94.xxx you should walk home/ to school. or walk 15-30 min in the evening with a friend or family member. weight train. lift weights, that will tone your arms. do squats. in less than a week my thighs became so much more firm and do situps. ppl say they don't work but i have lost an average of one inch per week doing situps. in the waist and hips. good luck!
