Ht. 5'5", Start: 138 lb, Today: 132 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 100 lb - Ahhhhhh! I gained a pound, but I have joined the tennis team at my school. I LOVE IT! Anyways thanks for all the support so far :) you guys rockk!

Hey K! I'm turning 12 September 23rd :). So for tips this is all I got :). I joined the tennis team because I like it. I suggest that you join a sport or take lessons about a sport that you love or find interesting. And if you don't like it try another sport. Just because have gym at school doesn't mean that your workout for the day. You can find better exercise by doing, as I said, a sport :). Hope I Helped!

Carrie I was woundeding if u had any tips for me on how to loose weight I want to get to 100 pounds. By the end of November at school I take a 45 min. P.e. Class were we run for five minutes and do alot of working out my school also has stares that I walk up so I walk alot but what else could I do.
