Ht. 5'4", Start: 168 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 110 lb - My main problem with losing weight is probably my love of meat and i can't get motivated to excercise very often, I want to lose weight so badly, I'm sick of seeing clothes that I love but look disgusting on me. I love snacking, which is a problem too.

Hi! I know what you mean about the exercise and the snacking. (I'm vegetarian.) For exercise, I reccomend finding something you like. For example, I like to swim, walk, and bike, but I can't STAND running. So, every day I walk 3.5 miles, and swim 10 laps. I bike whenever I have spare time. Snack-wise, you should try to find something you like. I like carrots, granola bars, and iced tea, so I have a carrot, a NutriGrain bar, and iced tea as a snack. Also, frozen grapes are SOOOOOO good. They're sweet and cold, and perfect for when you're done with a workout.
