hi sorry I just have a few small tips to suggest...
one great food to eat is celery, celery actually burns off calories without having to have activity and make sure instead of making yourself stuffed at meals, eat until your just not hungry, and don't wait until your too too hungry before you eat and try to find out door fun games to play, so you don't eat when you get bored
