Ht. 4'10", Start: 150 lb, Today: 146 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - Hi My name is Kelsey and I need to lose alot of wieght! Its summer and school is starting back up and Im going to middle school and I want to be skinny for middle school! I was doing really good and then I starting craving things and eating really bad foods.I need help really bad I onlyu lost for pounds and I need to lose like 25 kmore in 6 weeks HELP!! Ill take any advice

Well, don't expect to lose NEARLY that much in six weeks, one, you'll be disappointed, when you don't. And two, trying to lose that much weight that fast is VERY unhealthy. On average you should only lose about 2 pounds a week, so in six you should only lose about 12 pounds total. And losing weight is hard, but the process is a simple one to remember. Just burn more calories than you eat. Count your calories, and cut back from your normal intake by about 500. Do lots of cardio workouts, running, jump roping, dancing, ect, things that get your heart pumping, and when you get tired, DON'T stop. For cardio to be most effective you have to push past that intial breathlessness, and keep working. Good luck! <3
