Ht. 5'2.5", Start: 201 lb, Today: 200 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 90 lb - i have a really hard time eating 3 meals a day. i have no bkfst, a huge lunch, and a huge dinner. does anyone have any tips for breakfast?
(btw thats not my weight)

first of all (not trying to be mean) you should put your actual weight on there. but neways if ur goal is 90 change it up to 100-105.
and for breakfast have a glass of milk at least and fruit or toast. have a big lunch, but slowly cut it down to a smaller lunch but have a light dinner.
