hey again all thanks for all of your suggestions but i seem to be gaining more as i go i used to be between 151-153 but now i am 156 so wat should i start doing after school ???? cus usally my friends walk home with me so i dont want them knowing that im trying to lose weight . My mom said just act like normal but do more activites like me and my friends usally play basketball 4 a while rite after school but i dont feel like that is NOT enough CUS MY GOAL IS to be atleast back down in the 120's before summer so i just need to know what i kinda excerise i can do that i could do in front of a friend without making a HUGE deal ????? thx

Hey Klee do you guys do P.E at your school ?
because that could be a good thing for ya cause at my school we run about 15-30 min every single day and we lose alot of weight,we do other kinds of stuff like jumping jacks push ups squats and pull ups, I think if u do these thing i bet u that u will lose weight .*
