Ht. 4'5", Start: 245 lb, Today: 245 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 245 lb - hello, everybody. you know, so many of you here think you are ugly and fat. you bring yourselves down when you talk like that, and you are probably overexaggerating. i want to help, and i have a pretty good idea how to. i want everyone to list a goal, or maybe a list of goals under this comment box. it could be that you want to lose weight to wear a pretty bathing suit, or to become famous, or anything. and i am going to try to help you achieve your goals. also, please list how much weight you would like to lose. above this, i will put a workout scheduele. but remember:you probably judge yourself harder than anyone else, because you know everything about you. trust me, writing down a real goal will really help you.

hey sammie you really know what your talking about im 11 and weigh 129 pounds i want to be 100 pounds my goal is to be able to fit in to skinny jeans and tank tops and not have belly fat showing or thighs looking like they 129 pounds each ive been trying to lose weight since last year and nothing i excersise 7 days a week and watch my diet i dont know what to do can youu please help me !!!!!!!!!ps

my goal is to fit into all the cute clothes made for slim people because i hate wearing big tshirts to hide my chubbyness
