Ht. 5'2", Start: 148 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 125 lb - OK~ Well...I really think that I can reach 125 pounds by September!! If I don't by that "deadline"....well I am pretty sure that I can lose weight troughout they year because I will be taking volleyball and basketball (^maybe track^)~ so I am trying so hard to eat better and I am exercising more.---I am confident since last year I weighed 166 pounds---- I haven't even been doing sports. If anyone can give me any advice PLEASE do!

As i said jump rope, play basketball,lift wieghts,do jumpin jacks,and run(or walk quickly).
